This project addressed the coal stockpile inventory measurement needs of Harbin Jinshanbao Heating Company by deploying a high-precision laser scanning system combined with 3D point cloud volume algorithms.
On-Site Deployment: Coal Pile Inventory Volume Measurement System
ARCTEC’s bulk material automatic measurement system was recently deployed at Harbin Jinshanbao Heating Company. Three monitoring devices were installed to measure a coal stockpile of approximately 55 m × 25 m, with each measurement completed in about 10 minutes. The system effectively handled the low reflectivity of coal surfaces and achieved measurement errors below 3% across multiple tests, demonstrating stable and reliable on-site performance

The first vehicle-mounted airport AI bird detection system has completed joint debugging and testing at Kunming Changshui International Airport. Grain is a vital commodity for national stability, and accurate inventory data is essential for effective regulation. ARCTEC’s real-time grain monitoring system automatically collects and processes stock information, reducing errors and delays from manual audits.
On-Site Deployment: Grain Inventory Volume and Quantity Monitoring System
ARCTEC’s bulk material measurement system was deployed at a grain storage facility in Shuangyashan. Testing in Warehouse No. 10, which stores 6,804 tons of rice, was completed in about 5 minutes per measurement using a single device. Three consecutive tests showed a measurement error of around –1.1%, demonstrating stable and consistent performance.
